Grooming Policies
Appointments are 2-4 hours long, which can exceed that time without notice. Do not come pick up your pet until we text you that they are complete.
We reserve the right to refuse service at any point to any animal we deem cannot be groomed safely.
We allow 30 mins to pick up your pet after we sent a text that they will be ready. Pets left longer than that will be charged a $20 kenneling fee.
Animals more than 15 minutes late may be turned away.
Dogs and Cats must be Vaccinated for Rabies.
We do not de-matt dogs. This is a cruel, inhumane practice and we will not participate. Bring your dog in every 3-6 weeks if you want to avoid a short haircut.
We only use the safest, most humane methods to groom animals in our facility. This may result in extra fees/longer appointment times.
Grooming animals may be posted on our social media accounts for advertising or education purposes. They will be posted in our instagram stories daily. We try our best to post a photo of all grooming dogs - but it is not a guarantee. Bandanas are not a guarantee - while supplies are available.
The groomer is the only ones who can determine what size category your pet falls under. We do not give exact quotes without a groomer seeing the pet. Size is determined by: height/coat length/coat condition/weight/behaviour/desired haircut
Animals may not be the same price every groom - if they come heavily matted and require extra time to safely remove the matts, they are subject to extra fees. Behaviour issues could result in extra fees, or re-bathing for any reason.
We require a minimum of 24 hrs before your appointment date for cancellations/rescheduling to avoid losing your deposit. No call/no shows will be charged the full amount of the groom on their next visit and/or billed to their address on file. Consistent rescheduling/cancellations/no call/no shows may result in prepayment of all services or inability to keep serving you in the future.
